STUDENTS BEST CASE refers to Patient Profile; Clinical Assessment; Diagnosis; Treatment Goals; Treatment Plan; Evidence-Based Approach, Risk Assessment and Management; Multidisciplinary Collaboration; Patient Education and Informed Consent Documentation and Follow-Up; Use of clear and concise language; Supplemented by visual aids such as radiographs, clinical photographs, and treatment plans.

(Patients should sign an informed consent form)

I. FACIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

• Full-face close-up smiling photo (front, lateral)
• Smile view: profile views - frontal, lateral, close-up

II. INTRAORAL PHOTOGRAPHY

• Retracted view, close-up lateral, buccal view, close-up lingual view, close-up shade matching, close-up interproximal views, and close-up gingival view
• Treatment photos, Intraoral scans, or Impressions will be beneficial for the evaluation

Seek feedback from peers, faculty mentors, or clinical preceptors to review and refine the treatment case submission before finalising it. Incorporate constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the presentation.

• Upload high-resolution JPGs or a PDF (each file under 5MB).
• Submit a 1,000–1,300 word case report by typing or pasting it directly on the platform.
• Important: Avoid including your name on photographs or PDFs to ensure anonymous judging.
• All photos should be taken before and after treatment.
• Any photo editing or corrections will disqualify the case.
• No refund upon disqualification.
